Welcome to the Lazy Beez website (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the goods sold by Lazy Beez (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By visiting or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to browse products intended for adult smokers and to place an order. By using the Website you confirm that you are 18 or older and that buying and using these products is legal where you live.

We may ask for age proof at checkout or on delivery. We may cancel any order if we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18.

2. What we sell — and what we do not

Lazy Beez sells hemp wraps, rolling papers, tips and filters, Zippo / Cricket and other lighters, hookah and shisha hardware, and related accessories.

We do not sell cannabis, cannabis resin, charas, ganja, or any narcotic or psychotropic substance prohibited under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 or other Indian law. Product names, lifestyle photography and brand language describe accessories. They are not an offer to sell an illegal substance.

You are solely responsible for using products only with legal smoking materials and in a way that complies with local law. Misuse is at your risk.

3. Product descriptions

We work to keep titles, photos, specs and stock accurate. Minor variation in colour, print, packaging or finish can happen between batches. Images are illustrative. If a listing is wrong on price or stock we may cancel and refund the affected line.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to:

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Give accurate name, age, address and contact details at checkout.
• Not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Website.
• Not place orders for anyone under 18.
• Not use the store to move illegal goods.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — words, graphics, logo, product photography, layout and software — belongs to Lazy Beez or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP law. You may not copy, scrape or republish it without written permission. Brand names of third-party makers (RAW, OCB, Zippo, Cricket, Smoking and others) belong to those makers. We sell genuine goods; we do not claim those trademarks.

6. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock limits, failed age checks, or an undeliverable address.

Pay with the methods shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless a line says otherwise. Title and risk pass to you on delivery, except where goods are lost or damaged in transit under a valid claim.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, RTO and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Please read both before you buy.

8. Health and safety

Smoking and the use of hookah, papers, wraps and lighters carry well-known health and fire risks. Our products are tools, not medical devices, and are not a safer alternative to any other smoking method. Keep lighters, fuel and glass away from children. Use hookahs and glassware on a stable, heat-safe surface.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian consumer law, Lazy Beez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or the products — including lost profits, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any duty that Indian law does not allow us to exclude. For proven product defects our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected item.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazy Beez, and our officers, employees and partners, against claims, damages and costs arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your illegal use of any product.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, weather, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, fire, flood or utility failure.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall hear disputes, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
